What to bring to a Zumba class
A fun loving attitude, lots of energy and a big smile. Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing such as joggers and a t-shirt. Don’t forget plenty of water and a towel!

Zumba is for anyone who loves music, dancing and fitness and all standards of fitness are more than welcome to come along.
